YT-C type hydraulic storage tank lifting equipment is a set of large hydraulic lifting equipment specially developed for national crude oil reserve projects. As long as the number of hydraulic cylinders and pump station systems is increased or decreased, this type of equipment can be applied to the inverted construction of large storage tanks with different volumes ranging from thousands of cubic meters to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.
The control part adopts Siemens PLC modular design concept, ensuring simple operation and reliable quality. The hydraulic cylinder can be used for single or multiple lifting height adjustment, and can also be used for centralized control of multiple groups.
Working Principle & Features
The transfer of force: output force of hydraulic cylinder → steel wire rope → rising ring (welded with lifting lug) → rib plate for transferring force → tank wall jacking.
PLC central control ensures precision of simultaneous lifting.
Safety valves automatically lock to avoid dropping even under power failure or hose damage.
High efficiency: lifting or falling only takes around 15 minutes.
Module configuration allows adjustment for different tank sizes and weights.
Compatible with automatic girth welding machines for internal girth seam welding.
