Chain Type Simple Hydraulic Jack

The LYT-type hoist is composed of a one-stage double-acting hydraulic cylinder, pulley block, load-bearing chain, and oil way. The moveable pulley is designed to enlarge the chain stroke, making the traveling distance of the cylinder 1/2 of the lifting distance of the chain. This system is specifically designed for inverted installation and construction of various large storage tanks.

Standard models include LYT-120-2700, LYT-200-2700, and LYT-300-2700. Customized strokes are available upon request.

Operation Principles

The system utilizes an inverted method for tank construction:

  • Lifts the tank roof and the first layer of siding initially.
  • The hydraulic jack pushes the movable pulley upward via the piston, driving the chain to lift the expansion ring.
