LTD-P series endless passenger elevation (man-riding) hoist designed to be used with unlimited rope lengths for lifting and lowering personnel. Capacities range from 500kg to 1000kg at either 9 or 18 m/min.

The LTD-P Series unlimited cable (wire rope) passenger lifting hoist is a versatile solution suitable for unlimited applications. The rope is not connected, which makes it compact, lightweight, and very easy to handle. The unrestricted wire rope lengths capability of the LTD-P Series makes it possible to utilize unlimited lifting heights and traction lengths.

The robust, precisely machined housing of die-cast aluminium ensures a low dead-weight and outstanding rigidity.
Gearing and drive sheave is fabricated from hardened steel.
Universal attachment of the winches via a central 16mm load pin or two M10 screws.
Motor protection: Protected to IP55 as standard.
Control Voltage: 24V for mobile application units and 42V for stationary applications.
Hoist motor fitted with a thermal overload protection device.
Nitrided steel drive sheave and pressure rollers (approx. 70 HRC) guaranteeing low wear.

Safety for Passenger Elevation

In accordance with DIN EN1808 requirements, each hoist used for passenger elevation must feature a safety system on an independent safety rope. We offer two different safety fall arresters compliant with standard DIN EN 1808 "Safety requirements on suspended access equipment", certified by TUV.

Flexible Attachment Points

Available in the corners of the housing for flexible winch attachment with screws or pins.

Safety Lowering Mechanism

In power failure events, the electro-mechanical brake can be released manually for safe, controlled lowering.

Inner Overload Mechanism

Stops rising if the load exceeds the limit, allowing only descent for safety.

Operational Counters

Records operating hours and number of starts for maintenance tracking.

Safety Devices (OSL & LSF)

OSL (Overspeed Fall Arrester): Trips automatically when lowering speed exceeds 30m/min. Hardened steel jaws stop the rope within centimeters.

LSF (Anti-tilting Fall Arrester): Trips automatically when the rope or platform angle exceeds 5°.
