Product Overview

The LYT-type hoist is a professional-grade lifting solution composed of a one-stage double-acting hydraulic cylinder, pulley block, load-bearing chain, and sophisticated oil way system.

  • Stroke Optimization: Moveable pulleys are utilized to enlarge the chain stroke, making the traveling distance of the cylinder 1/2 of the actual lifting distance of the chain.
  • Versatile Application: Specifically designed for the inverted installation and construction of various large steel storage tanks.
  • Model Range: Standard models include LYT-120-2700, LYT-200-2700, and LYT-300-2700. Custom strokes are available upon request.

Detailed Description
Operation Principles for Inverted Lifting

The LYT-type hydraulic hoist is used to firstly lift the tank roof and the top layer siding. When the lifting height exceeds the next layer by 30-50mm, weld grouping is performed. This process repeats layer by layer from top to bottom until the final layer of siding is installed.

When oil enters the hydraulic jack, the movable pulley is pushed upward by the piston, driving the load-bearing chain to lift the expansion ring. The whole tank is lifted to the pre-set height to allow the next plate to be positioned and welded. Synchronizing valves and hydraulic locks ensure the structure remains secure even in the event of power failure or oil tube issues.

Key Advantages
  • Stability & Safety: Unified hydraulic control and synchronization valves prevent sliding or sudden falling of heavy loads.
  • Precision Quality: Accurate control of lifting height ensures high-quality weld joints and structural integrity.
  • High Efficiency: Simple operation and fast lifting speeds significantly reduce construction periods.
  • Strong Adaptability: The system can be scaled by adding or removing hoists to fit tanks from thousands to tens of thousands of cubic meters.
  • Cost Effective: Modernized equipment reduces labor costs and provides excellent economic benefits.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What is the rated capacity of the LYT series hydraulic hoists? A: The LYT series offers three standard rated capacities: 120KN, 200KN, and 300KN, allowing for flexible application based on the weight of the storage tank.
Q: How does the "Inverted Method" benefit tank construction? A: It allows the tank roof and upper layers to be built first at ground level. This increases safety by reducing high-altitude work and improves efficiency by allowing workers to operate in a controlled environment.
Q: What safety features are included in the hydraulic jacks? A: Every hoist is equipped with a double-direction oil-way hydraulic lock to prevent accidental sliding or falling of heavy loads in case of a power failure.
Q: Is the lifting height adjustable for different plate sizes? A: Yes, the lifting height is fully adjustable. The synchronizer allows for accurate control of the clearance needed for welding various sizes of siding plates.
Q: Can the equipment be used for tanks of different sizes? A: Absolutely. By increasing or decreasing the number of hydraulic hoists, the system can accommodate tanks ranging from a few thousand cubic meters to tens of thousands of cubic meters.
Q: What power source is required for the pump station? A: It requires a three-phase four-wire 380V power supply, with a control voltage of 220V for the solenoid valves.
