Advanced Euro-style Design: Traditional single-girder electric cranes typically use a combination of box girders and I-beams. In contrast, Euro-style single-girder electric cranes feature a box-type structure for the main beam, providing a more streamlined design and enhanced stability. The electric hoist trolley runs smoothly on the lower flange of the main beam, paired with flat-rimmed wheels for superior durability.

Bridge: A load-bearing beam that runs the width of the building. This primary structural component connects the runways and moves the hoist using a trolley. Girders can be rolled steel or welded steel box designs.
Trolley & Hoisting Mechanism: The mobile platform that houses the motor, hoist drum, and ropes. High-tensile steel ropes ensure safety and durability during vertical movement.
End Truck: Located at each end, these enable the crane to travel along the rails. Depending on capacity, they feature 2, 4, or 8 wheels for stability.
Hooks & Tools: We provide standard hooks for general tasks, grab buckets for bulk materials, and other specialized lifting tools tailored to operational needs.
Controls & Power: Options include pendant controls or remote consoles with VFDs for precise positioning. Power is supplied via insulated conductor bars or festoon systems.
