Heavy Duty Double Girder Overhead Travelling Bridge Crane with Electric Winch Trolley
Top running double girder cranes are cranes whose end trucks operate on fixed rails attached to the top flange of the runway beams or girders. The winch is the top running type and the trolley rides on fixed rails or tracks attached to the top flange of the bridge beams or girders.
These cranes carry the bulk of the heavy lifting. With spans of up to 45 meters and capacity to 300 Tons, these cranes can handle the most diversified application and environment.

A load-bearing beam that runs the width of the building. This is the primary structural component that connects the runways and moves the hoist forward and backward using a trolley. Girders can be made of rolled steel or welded into a steel box design.
The trolley is a mobile platform that houses the hoisting mechanism. It includes a system of ropes, pulleys, and a motor-driven winch drum. High-tensile steel ropes ensure safety and durability during vertical movement.
Located at each end, the end trucks enable the crane to travel along the rails. Depending on capacity, they can be equipped with 2, 4, or 8 wheels to ensure stability.
Equipped with various tools: Hooks for general tasks, Grab buckets for bulk materials, and other specialized tools tailored to specific operational needs.
Features pendant or remote consoles for precision positioning using Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Power is delivered via insulated conductor bars, festoon systems, or cable reels.
